<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver video at a rate conforming to a client. SOLUTION: Video data obtained from cameras 1-1 through 1-3 is delivered from a video delivery server 5 to a plurality of clients 4-1 through 4-n and 6 through a network 3. The video delivery server 5 comprises an HTML file 51 for manager and a generic HTML file 52, means 54 for determining one of a plurality of files from which video data is delivered based on the identification information of the clients 4-1 through 4-n and 6 upon arrival of a video data request from the clients 4-1 through 4-n and 6, and a file providing means 55 for selecting a file based on the determination results from the means 54 and delivering video at a relevant delivery rate.</p> |
