PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system which preliminarily confirms whether a member desires a service or not with respect to explanation information of the service presented to the member. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an information management device 4 and a lot of terminal devices 3 which are connected through a communication terminal 5. The information management device 4 transmits explanation information of the service and information, which indicates that a mail will be returned in response to a desire for the service, by member IDs on the basis of transmission destination information of terminal devices 3 and accepts mails from members and specifies a member ID in accordance with received transmission source information when receiving a mail from a member and transmits information which indicates that the service will be provided on the basis of transmission destination information of the specified member ID and preserves this transmission history. |
