PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic secretary device and an secretary system which enable a manager to easily recognize the condition of conduct of a scheduled job of a managed person to support his or her conduct of the scheduled job. SOLUTION: An electronic secretary device 3 informs a managed person 5 of schedule contents at a scheduled contact time. When the managed person 5 is out, an electronic mail informing him or her of the schedule is transmitted to a mobile terminal device 18 of the managed person 5. The managed person 5 uses the mobile terminal device 18 to generate a response mail responding to the contact and transmits it. When receiving the response mail, the electronic secretary device 4 informs the manager that the response has been received. When the manager 4 is out, the electronic secretary device 3 generates an electronic mail reporting the response result and transmits it to a mobile terminal device 17 of the manager 4 or a PC 14 which the manager 4 uses in an office 11.
