<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a process over a long time with sufficient high reliability. SOLUTION: The production management system is provided with a molding/ vulcanization process 1 for selecting belt materials and molding on the basis of processing information and for a plurality of processing stations 7 to 13 performing various pieces of processing, such as molding, spinning, vulcanization and mold releasing. The system has equipment controllers 14 to 20 respectively provided in the respective processing stations 7 to 13 and for operating the respective processing stations 7 to 13 on the basis of the processing information, and a controller 21 for a molding/vulcanization process which can separately communicate data with the respective equipment controllers 14 to 20 at optional timing, can also always exchange with all of the equipment controllers 14 to 20 through a shared memory 31 and is provided with a function for allocating, with which form between the data communication and the data exchange through the shared memory 31, the transmission and reception of the processing information.</p> |
