摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accommodate asymmetrical traffic, with respect to control of a high-speed broadband network employing Ethernet (R). SOLUTION: In this system, a broadcast type media common use access system employing an optical branch means is adopted for the outgoing direction, a time division multiple access control system allowing user side devices to temporally use a band in common is adopted for the incoming direction, different wavelengths are used by the incoming and outgoing directions, incoming and outgoing communication signals subjected to nB/mB block coding are communicated, also this system has a user side device by which the basic clock of the communication signal in the incoming direction is synchronized with a clock signal extracted from the received communication signal in the outgoing direction, and a center side device that identifies and recovers each of the incoming communication signals with different phases sent from each user side device, by using a clock signal synchronously with the outgoing signal, stores them in the order of arrival, uses the clock signal synchronously with the outgoing signal to read them in the arrival order, and inserts a dummy signal to the time, at which there is no incoming signal, by using the clock signal in synchronism with the outgoing signal when no data to be read exist.</p>
