PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless terminal that can ensure an excellent communication state even when an opening/closing state of a main body section 11 and a display section 12 is changed. SOLUTION: The impedance of a helical antenna element 17 and a rod antenna element 18 is matched with the impedance of a transmission reception circuit 25 depending on opening/closing over an opening/closing available range of a main body section 11 and a display section 12 where a matching circuit 26 and a static capacitance variable mechanism 40 are foldably formed to always obtain a desired antenna characteristic within the opening/closing available range even when the opening/closing state of the main body section 11 and the display section 12 is changed so as to ensure an excellent communication state independently of a change in the opening/closing state.
