<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device to which operations are instructed without hindering the flow of presentation and the display screen of which is efficiently used. SOLUTION: In the display device consisting of a light source 103a to irradiate a coordinate input surface 102 of a touch panel 101 with light, a control part 104 to detect that the irradiate light irradiated by the light source 103a is shielded and a computer 105 to control the display contents of the display screen based on a detection result of the control part 104, the control part 104 outputs a light shielding signal to indicate that a state of the detected shielded light coincides with light shielding conditions as prescribed conditions. In addition, the computer 105 carries out control of the display contents by using the light shielding signal as an event.</p> |
