PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printer calibration method and device capable of performing correct color reproduction by absorbing the variation of a printer (medium) by minimum added measuring colors and a storage medium storing the calibration method. SOLUTION: The characteristics of color slips used for the characterization of a printer are corrected on the basis of the data of the number of color slips used for the characterization and a color matching table is calculated on the basis of the corrected characteristics.
