PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for mounting a heat generating electric part on a heat radiator which is assembled at a low cost and composed of inexpensive component parts. SOLUTION: A heat radiator 2 is formed of a plate-like member and provided with a clip 2b which elastically pinches a heat generating electric part 1, and the heating generating electric part 2 is pinched by the clip 2b.
