PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical data storage medium and an optical recording- and-reproducing device which can obtain a tracking signal accurately and quantitatively, record data with high density and reproduce the recorded data. SOLUTION: In the optical data storage medium, clock tracking marks for obtaining clock signals are provided at a prescribed interval in a track center, and a pair of wobble tracking marks for obtaining tracking error signals are arranged with a prescribed deviation in distance from the track center and with a prescribed deviation in distance in the direction of the track. |
