PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely leave and recognize only a part filled by a user by deleting item parts based on a dictionary or deleting dashed lines after deleting the dashed lines or the item parts based on the dictionary from a business image after filled by the user by performing pre-printing, regarding a reading program, a reading method and a recording medium to read information filled on a printing area. SOLUTION: The reading program, the reading method and the recording medium make a computer function as a means to read an image of filled information, a means to extract information about the dashed lines from the dictionary in which information about items including the dashed lines to be pre-printed is registered and to delete the dashed lines from the read image based on the information about the dashed lines, a means to extract a pattern of the pre-printing formed by deleting the dashed lines from the dictionary and to delete a pattern of a corresponding place from the image read based on the pattern and a means to delete a pattern of a corresponding place after deleting the dashed lines from the read image, or to delete the dashed lines after deleting the pattern of the corresponding place from the read image and to extract an image of the information filled by the user. |
