PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parabolic antenna with radome having less wind receiving weight and high F/B characteristic performance at a low cost even when an antenna aperture is not so much great with respect to a wavelength equivalent to an operating frequency. SOLUTION: A radiator 2 is placed at a focus of a reflecting mirror 1 with a paraboloid of revolution, a cylindrical shade 4 is placed in front of the reflection mirror 1, and a conical radome 3 is mounted to its front end. In the case of fitting the conical radome 3 to the cylindrical shade 4, a flange 10 formed to the front end of the cylindrical shade 4 and a flange 11 formed to the outer circumferential edge of a base of the conical radome 3 are tightened by a bolt or the like. Further, a cylindrical re-radiation shade 23 is mounted to the outer circumference of the flanges 10, 11 to shade re-radiation of a radio wave from the flange 11 of the conical radome 3 and a reinforcement section. The height H of the re-radiation shade 23 is properly selected depending on the F/B characteristic that is a requirement.
