PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a poor sealing from occuring, even if it is the case where sealing work of a glass substrate and a sealing component is mode under an atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: An organic EL display panel has an organic EL layer 11, containing a luminescence layer formed on a glass substrate 10, a sealing component 13 which covers and seals the organic EL layer 11, and an adhesives layer 12 which pastes up the sealing component 13 on the glass substrate 10, where the adhesives layer 12 is formed by screen-stencil, so that a thin layer of setting height encloses all the circumferences of the organic EL layer 11 and the inside of a sealing region 15 by the component 13 is made into a pressure state of 1 atmospheric pressure or more to less than 1.2 atmospheric pressure.
