PURPOSE: A therapy and beauty appliance using sound-wave is provided to give a therapy and beauty effect to a user's body by oscillating sound band frequency and transferring vibration having the frequency through the user's skin to the user's body system. CONSTITUTION: In the therapy and electrical beauty appliance using sound-waves, one among a therapy function, a beauty function and an electrostimulation(TENS) function is selected. An operation mode and an operation time are set respectively based on a user's body regions to be treated, then output a sound-wave band frequency. An oscillator(10) transfers vibration having the sound-wave band frequency to the user's body system or skin to generate resonance by the vibration, to actively accelerate the blood circulation in capillaries and the lymph solution circulation in lymphatic vessels and to make the metabolism of cells in the body system to a fine condition.
