<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that proposer of an idea doesn't know how a corporation selects his proposal, and how to propose his idea to the corpora tion, even though the idea is useful from an industrial point of view, and also that he does not have sufficient time or money required for making the proposal and that, conversely, the corporation is usually needed with a large amount of advertising fee for inviting a useful idea from outside or has difficulty for collecting ideas proposed in the past. SOLUTION: Using an idea sheet filled out by an idea proposer or an idea manager who has heard the proposer's idea, the idea manager stores idea data in an idea management database, selects a particular idea data by an arbitrary retrieval method and decides to purchase it. Later the idea manager extracts the idea data corresponding to contents of an idea request sheet on which particulars of a new idea request are fitted out, generates a proposal sheet according to the idea data which matches the contents of the idea request most and shows it to a corporation or an individual who seeks the idea.</p> |
