<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such a problem that heights of electrodes exposed from a resin by irregularity of the heights of each electronic part body cannot be arranged properly when a plurality of the electronic parts bodies are mounted on one wiring board. SOLUTION: The electronic parts is provided with the wiring board 11 forming an electrically conductive land 13 on an insulation board 12 and forming an electrically conductive post 14 on a part on the electrically conductive land 13, and the plurality of the electronic parts bodies 15 having electrode parts on both the ends and forming a projection electrode 18 on the electrode part of at least one end side. The projection electrode 18 of the electronic parts 15 are electrically connected to the electrically conductive land 13 of the wiring board 11, and the outer end of the electrically conductive post 14 and the electrode part side of the other end of each electronic part body 15 to coat the principal part of the wiring board 11 with the resin 20.</p> |
