PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of removing a base without leaving isolated points even when the base is a dot area and to provide a program for the image processor. SOLUTION: A base detection part 301 detects the base level of a solid image. A dot discrimination part 302 detects a dot image. An average lightness calculation part 304 calculates the average lightness within a fixed range. An isolated point removing part 303 generates image data from which isolated points are removed. Data including inputted L* inputted to a selector 305. The selector 305 selects suitable data and outputs the selected data. In the case of a base of a solid image, the input data L* are outputted as they are, and in the case of a base of a dot image, picture data from which isolated points are removed are outputted. A base level correction part 306 corrects a base level on the basis of the output data. |
