PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate which can prevent the generation of recessed parts or the flowout of resin when filling an IVH with resin. SOLUTION: A product is heated to harden an uncured thermosetting resin which will become an insulation layer. The retention temperature is set a little higher than the curing temperature of the resin. Pressure to be applied during the increase of temperature and hot-retention is a general one of about 3.0 MPa. After the pressure is applied for a specified period of time, the heated resin is cooled. At the beginning of cooling, the pressure being applied to the product is raised up to 6.0 MPa. The pressure is kept as it is until the temperature decreased to 120 deg.C, which is a glass transition temperature of the resin, or below. Consequently, a quantity of recession can be reduced while preventing the flowout of the resin. |
