PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray equipment having an X-ray source which does not need to be rotated. SOLUTION: The X-ray equipment 10 has a semiconductor X-ray source, comprising in a vacuum chamber 52, a board on which a cathode 58 is arranged. An anode 68 is arranged with a space from the cathode in a vacuum chamber 52. The system may have a plurality of detector elements 20 for providing predetermined data to a data acquisition system 32, according to the X-rays emitted from an X-ray source 14 and a computer 36 for controlling an X-ray controller 28. An image reproducing part 34 can provide required images by using the image acquisition system 32 in the image reproducing part 34. Images can be sent to remote diagnosis facilities using an interface 48. Especially, a wireless interface 48 is well-suited for telecommunication with remote diagnosis facilities.
