PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave absorber that has a high wave absorption characteristic to noises with a frequency range of GHz higher than that of MHz such as millimeter wave and micro wave, and in which the deterioration due to ultraviolet ray can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This wave absorber is provided with an ultraviolet ray absorption layer on the incident surface of waves.
