PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice storage apparatus which is operated without a voice guidance, capable of selecting a menu by only touching it once, improving a telephone in operability, and receiving a desired service in a short time. SOLUTION: This voice storage apparatus 3 is equipped with a key data detection unit which detects key information selected by a digital telephone, so as to change a picture image displayed on the display screen of the digital telephone connected to a private branch exchange through a digital extension circuit; picture image data storage unit which stores picture image display data that are displayed on the digital telephone; and a display data control unit which transmits display data so as to store them in the private branch exchange, and sends specification information that designates display data to be displayed to the private branch exchange when key data are detected later through the key data detecting unit.
