PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone proxy notice system that can simply acquire proxy response information answering to an incoming call arrived when the callee is difficult to answer the call and surely transmit it to a caller at once that the reply is difficult by simply adding proxy response information to a response message as required. SOLUTION: An entry means 140 acquires proxy response information from a response information storage center in advance, a storage means 141 stores the information to a storage section 121 and a setting means 143 sets the information as proxy response information at the arrival of an incoming call. When a callee receives an incoming call while the callee is difficult to make a phone reply, notice means 145 uses the set proxy response information to reply the incoming call on behalf of the callee. When the response information is desirably added during a speech, a additional setting notice means 146 sets the additional response information and gives it to the caller on behalf of callee.
