PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication unit capable of comparing a transmission signal and a reception signal to detect collisions of the signals that can compensate the attenuation in a transmission line, extend the transmission distance or increase number of connected communication units, by adding a signal amplifier means. SOLUTION: The communication unit is provided with two paths, through which a received signal passes and selects the path for receiving a signal during signal transmission or the path for receiving a signal, during no signal transmission period.
