PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of displaying only a caller number arrived first when a plurality of incoming calls arrive in a multi-function telephones set at the same time. SOLUTION: The communication terminal 30, which is placed in a telephone exchange system 1 including a phone exchange 10 and multifunction phones 20 contained in and connected to the phone exchange and detects a caller number of an incoming call arrived in a multifunction phone 20 when detecting the incoming call thereto and displays on a display menu of a phone control application in interlocking with the multifunction phone, that is provided with a caller number detecting means 31 that detects the caller numbers in incoming calls arrived at the same time when detecting a plurality of the incoming calls arrived in the multifunction phone at the same time and with a display control means 36 that displays the incoming call information being caller numbers in the incoming calls arrived at the same time on a display menu of a phone control application when detecting the caller numbers in the incoming calls arrived at the same time.
