PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately inform a right-turn vehicle approaching an intersection, of the approach of an oncoming vehicle, corresponding to the psychology of each driver. SOLUTION: When the signal followed by a right-turn vehicle is green, the signal followed by the oncoming vehicle is also green and the possibility of a collision between the right-turn vehicle and the oncoming vehicle is high, an information presentation not high in the degree of crisis is made. When the signal followed by the right-turn vehicle changes to yellow or red from green or the signal followed by the oncoming vehicle also changes to yellow or red from green and the possibility of the oncoming vehicle stopping is not high, when braking force begins to decrease during the stop of the right-turn vehicle or the right-turn vehicle is not going to reduce speed or has already come close to the intersection, an information presentation with a high degree of crisis is made. The driver of the right-turn vehicle is thereby informed accurately of the approach of the oncoming vehicle, corresponding to the psychology of the respective drivers of the right-turn vehicle and oncoming vehicle.
