发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY REMOVING NICKEL IONS FROM WASTE IRON CHLORIDE ETCHANT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for continuously removing nickel ions from a nickel ion contained iron chloride etchant (used iron chloride etchant) and recycling an iron chloride solution is provided. CONSTITUTION: In removing materials having lower ionization tendency than iron (Fe) in the waste solution, that is, nickel ions, cobalt, cadmium, copper and tin by passing a waste iron chloride etchant(1) through iron (Fe) scrap, the method for continuously removing nickel ions from the waste iron chloride etchant comprises first step of precipitating metallic impurities on the surface of the iron scrap by dipping the iron scrap into reaction tanks (A,B), and returning a solution flown out to the upper side of the reaction tanks to an etchant(13) through a valve(9); second step of electrically oxidizing and eluting the precipitated metals including nickel, cobalt, cadmium, copper and tin on the surface of the iron scrap so that the precipitated metals are discharged and discarded into the solution, and the iron scrap is recycled at the same time for reusing in the first step; and third step of continuously proceeding the first and second steps repeatedly, thereby continuously removing the metallic impurities comprising nickel to recycle the waste iron chloride etchant(1).</p>
