PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte whose ionic conductivity is high, and a lithium ion secondary battery whose charge-discharge behavior is excellent. SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery comprises a first compound (diethyl carbonate, 1,4-dioxane, polyethylene glycol, ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate) that has at least one methylene group adjoining oxygen atom in intramolecule, a second compound including perfluoro isopropenylester shown by a general formula (1) and an electrolyte salt, in which the first and second compounds are polymerized. |
