PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early overcome disagreement in operational conditions between a wireless station and wireless-station controlling station in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: After raising a self station, a central monitoring control unit 30 for controlling a wireless station 10 monitors always a traffic intensity. When a non-traffic state continues for a given time even during the operation time by using a traffic measurement frequency counter 104 and a call measurement time, the central monitoring control unit 30 recognizes the disagreement between the wireless station 10 and the wireless-station controlling station 2, counts up a continuous notice counter 105 for the corresponding sector, and checks the disagreement of operation states for the whole sectors. After the finish of the check, the operation state notice message is sent to the wireless- station controlling station 2. After the transmission, the electric wave of the corresponding sector is stopped when the result is over the given maximum continuous notice frequency set by the continuous notice counter 105. Then, a mobile in the sector is moved to another sector or another frequency. |
