PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information protection system making possible user authentication with higher security using an information terminal device in electronic commerce. SOLUTION: This system uses a communication terminal device 1 which uses a detachable external storage device 30 by connecting with it. The electronic information is physically split into two electronic information blocks by a electronic tally means of the communication terminal device 1. The first electronic information block is stored in the communication terminal device main body 10 and the second electronic information block is stored in the external storage device 30.
