<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission display device, which can realize a high definition display, element with high brightness and little degradation, and can be produced stably, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the electron emission display device which emits light from a phosphor by emitting electrons in vacuum, based on electron emission phenomenon of a semiconductor device (electron emission device) having at least a substrate, backside electrodes, a strong electric field drift layer, thin film electrodes, a plurality of ruggedness are formed on the surface of the electron emission display device, and the strong electric field drift layer is formed over the entire recessed surface or over the entire projection surface, and wirings (thin-film electrode wirings) are formed in proximity to the thin-film electrodes.</p> |
