PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a question forming person to ruse respective collections of questions and answers and collections of explanations by omitting the labor for forming these collections by each of the examinations in case this system is viewed from a former side of these questions, to systematize and form the questions according to learning regions and to provide the exact information relating to the learning regions and to enable an examinee to efficiently brush up the basic information of the learning regions relating to the set-out questions in case the system is viewed from the testee side and to improve the basic scholarship necessary for answering the questions of various types and application power. SOLUTION: The collections of the examination questions which are arrayed with the questions of the learning regions meeting the required degrees of progression and are regulated to be recovered after the examinations, answer fill-out forms which are arrayed with answer columns for writing the answers corresponding to the respective questions of the collections of the examination questions and are regulated to be recovered together with the collections of examination questions after the examinations and the collections of the explanations on the basic information which are described with the explanation information of the basic items not directly associated with the answers and explanations to the respective set-out questions as well as the basic questions associated therewith and the answers thereto and are regulated to be distributed after the examinations are integrally bound and the collections of the basic information explanation are made removable.
