PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information terminal equipment which can unify the contents of address book data with a communication opposite party without the need of troublesome work. SOLUTION: When address book data stored in an address book data storage part 13b is converted into the file of a specified form is attached with a mail data, and transmitted, transmission history information of the file of the specified form is generated and is stored in a transmission history storage part 13d. When address book data is updated, a vCard system file in a vCard system file storage part 13c is updated and the updated vCard system file is automatically transmitted to the opposite party to whom the file is transmitted in the past based on transmission history information. Thus, the content of address book data can be unified with the communication opposite party.
