PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable clamp in which the housing positions of cables can be changed easily and to provide a cable fixing structure using the clamp. SOLUTION: The attaching section 40c of the eccentric cable clamp 40 is rotatably fitted in a cable attaching hole 41 formed through a circuit board 30. Cables 39 are inserted into the holding section 40a of the clamp 40 by press- fitting the cables 39 into the cable inserting section 40b of the clamp 40 from above. When the clamp 40 is turned by an arbitrary angle around the attaching section 40c, the housed positions of the cables 39 inserted into the clamp 40 can be changed arbitrarily.
