PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection and a connection method for minute coaxial cables, with which the minute coaxial cables arranged in narrow arrangement pitches can be connected to the sensor of electric equipment in a highly reliable manner, and a high reliability of the connection remains the same even if the connection is made by a PB (lead) free soldering. SOLUTION: The minute coaxial cables 2, such as medical ultrasonic probe cables, are connected to the sensor of the electric equipment via a connector at the terminal connection 1 for the minute coaxial cables. At the terminal connection, elliptical-cylinder-shape lead soldered through holes 11 are formed on an insulator board 10s on the sensor side in the connector 3, and the minute coaxial cables 2 having center conductors 6 are arranged on an insulator board 10c on the cable side in the connector 3, wherein the center conductors 6 are bent using a stepped part 14 formed on the boundary between the sensor side and the cable side of a insulator board 10 and is inserted into the through holes 11 to be connected.
