PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting structure of an ancillary terminal block mounted on a circuit breaker so that the terminal block can be mounted on the side of the case of a breaker body in a simple single operation. SOLUTION: The ancillary terminal block is mounted on the side of a breaker case 1 for connecting appurtenances installed inside the beaker body, such as auxiliary switches, to an external signal line. A pair of 'dovetail grooves' 3b is formed on the front and rear of the side wall surface of a breaker case cover 3 having an auxiliary cover 10, respectively, and a pair of projected 'dovetails' 14a corresponding to the 'dovetail grooves' is formed on the interior wall surface of the ancillary terminal block, wherein the 'dovetails' are fitted into the 'dovetail grooves' from above the case to mount the ancillary terminal block on the side of the beaker case. Further, a recessed groove 3c for drawing out a lead wire is formed on the side of the beaker case cover, and a coming-off preventive projection 14b is provided on the auxiliary terminal block in the position corresponding to that of the recessed groove. While the ancillary terminal block is mounted on the breaker case, the coming-off preventive projection is pressed down from above with the auxiliary cover.
