PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize electrical connection and mechanical retention to a light energy regulation member. SOLUTION: The light energy regulation member 50 for setting transmittance in an on-period of this automatic flasher unit lower than that in an off-period thereof is disposed in an incident path of external light to a light receiving surface of an optical electromotive force element 22 for generating electromotive force according to the external light. The automatic flasher unit is composed by electrically connecting the regulation member 50 to a printed circuit board 52 and by holding it by a holding frame 51. The electrode of the regulation member 50 is connected to that of the circuit board 52 through a conductive rubber piece 53 positioned on the holding frame 51.
