PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switch device of a vehicle capable of improving operability of various kinds of switches attached to a nearly ring-like mold body by molding the for additionally installing a switch to a lever, in a lever switch mounted on a steering column. SOLUTION: This lever switch device is provided with levers 26 and 27 mounted on a vehicle steering column body 25, and first and second rotary switches 32, 33, 39 and 40 on them. Nearly ring guard surrounds 28 and 29 having upper and lower cavity parts 28a, 28b, 29a and 29b are molded on the levers 26 and 27 based on switch base parts of the levers 26 and 27. Vertically movable knobs 34 and 41 are attached to the tip the surfaces of the guard surrounds 28 and 29. Tumbler switches 35, 36, 42 and 43 are installed on the inside wall surfaces of the guard surrounds 28 and 29. Lever illuminating small lamps 37, 38, 44 and 45 are installed on the inside surfaces of the guard surrounds 28 and 29.
