<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user answer easily to a questionnaire by using a mobile telephone. SOLUTION: Unrewritable discrimination data for discrimination of hardware of a mobile telephone 200 itself is stored in the mobile telephone 200. When the user inputs answers to the questionnaire to the mobile telephone 200, the mobile telephone 200 reads out discrimination data and transmits discrimination data and answer data to a server 100. The server 100 which mediates the questionnaire includes a circuit which preliminarily stores the name and the address of the user using the mobile telephone 200, a circuit which transmits the questionnaire to the mobile telephone 200, a circuit which retrieves the name and the address of the user using the mobile telephone on the basis of discrimination data received from the mobile telephone 200, and a circuit which transmits the name and the address of the user and answer data to an examiner computer 300.</p> |
