PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display pictures from camera positions and camera angles and angles of view requested by individual viewers in response to the arbitrary requests of a plurality of viewers, and to naturally perform the change of the camera angles with respect to an object according to the change of the camera positions without generating seam lines. SOLUTION: Primary video data imaged from a plurality of different positions by light receiving elements or the like having a curved surface arrangement structure are processed by streaming, and distribution processing processes as necessary so that the system load can be reduced. This system is able to extract and display proper display video data by recognizing the positions of an image pickup unit and the object.
