PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual communication system which can share information between users asynchronously, continue information sharing even if accessing wrong information, and confirm information time serially. SOLUTION: Information sharing accompanied with communication can be made, even if all users do not start the access synchronously, as the asynchronous processing of information sharing is made possible by leaving a history by using an information management part 320. Even if an access is made to wrong information, the next shared information is selected and displayed in accordance with the rules set up in advance by a information sharing part 330, the setting of operation authority is not required, and information sharing can be continued even if all users who are going to share information do not access the next information correctly. The information relating to shared information is arranged to be maintained as a history, the information can be confirmed in chronological order.
