PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus equipped with a heating element which is capable of ensuring a temperature condition even if it is disposed either in a vertical or a horizontal position. SOLUTION: An apparatus is equipped with a heating element 3 which can be used either in a vertical or a horizontal position. An air partition wall 6, a cooling fan, a radiator or a member 4 of low heat resistance is set movable by its own weight corresponding to a change of the apparatus in position.
