PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate device capable of preventing abnormal excess flow and noise by preventing vibrations of a needle that is mounted in a proper state even though whose diameter is slightly different from the diameter of a pipe of a fluid channel, and that performs operation of a constant flow rate for keeping a passing flow rate at a fixed level, stably performing discharge operation that keeps a passing flow rate at the fixed level. SOLUTION: The needle 4 is arranged at an orifice 3 provided in a tube body 2, facing the orifice, and supported by a spring 5. The constant flow rate operation is performed in accordance with the position of the needle 4 moved by fluid pressure. The needle 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape with the point having a flat face, and a cylinder hole 41 is opened at an input end. An attachment ring 70 of a shaft rod 7 is inserted into the input end of the tube body 2 to be attached, and the shaft rod 7 is inserted into the cylinder hole 41. Cylindrical sealing member 6 composed of an elastic material such as rubber covers the outer flange 20 of the tube body 2 and a convex swelling part 61 around the side circumference of the tube body 2 is formed to obtain a slack in a radial direction.
