PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the strength of the peripheral wall and hood part of a moving plate. SOLUTION: Ribs 15A, 15B, extending along a relief groove 14, in parallel with a moving direction of the moving plate 30, are formed on the inner face of the hood part 11. Bending parts 36A, 36B having a cross-sectional shape, extending along the ribs 15A, 15B and bending to retreat inward, are formed along a notched part 35 in the peripheral wall 32 of the moving plate 30. Because the ribs 15A, 15B along the relief groove 14 are formed in the hood part 11, strength of the hood part 11 is secured. Because the bent parts 36A, 36B along the notched part 35 are formed in the peripheral wall 32 of the moving plate 30, strength of the peripheral wall 32 is secured.
