PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving device that can mount the disc on a tray to surely fetch even when the disc is stuck to a clamp board. SOLUTION: An opening 5 is placed on a chassis 1 and a tray 6 is placed at the opening 5 so that the tray 6 can be taken in and out. A receptor 8 mounting the disk D is formed on the tray 6 and a projection 10 is formed at the rear of a circumferential part. The projection 10 is contacted to the rear end face of the disk D by movement of the tray 6 toward the side of the opening 5 and then the disk D is separated from the clamp board 12 by the contacting force when the disk D is stuck to the clamp board 12. Thereby the disk D stuck to the clamp board 12 can be mounted on the tray 6 to be fetched.
