PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable optical information recording medium excellent in corrosion resistance and improved in signal amplitude, its manufacturing method, and its recording/reproducing method. SOLUTION: This is a phase-change optical information-recording medium that has a recording layer (14) which makes reversible change optically detectable in amorphous phase and crystal phase by irradiating an energy beam, a reflection layer (17), and an intermediate dielectrics layer (16) between the recording layer (14) and the reflection layer (17) all on a transparent plate (1). A principal component of the reflection layer (17) is Ag and the main component of the dielectrics layer (16) is at least one of oxide of Ta, nitride of Ta, and nitrile oxide of Ta. Further, an interface layer (15) can be disposed between the recording layer (14) and the dielectrics layer (16). |
