PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication equipment capable of suppressing power consumption without forcing a user to perform switch operation, and a power supply controlling method of the radio communication equipment. SOLUTION: This radio communication equipment is provided with an antenna (11) for receiving an inquiry signal for inquiring for a device to be a connection object from the device to be a connection object, a power supply (23) for feeding power to the radio communication equipment, a controlling part for controlling the entire radio communication equipment, a rectifying means (15) for rectifying an output of the antenna, a deciding means (21) for deciding whether or not the antenna output rectified by the rectifying mean is equal to or more than a prescribed value, and a feeding means (24) for feeding power from the power supply to the controlling part when the deciding means decides that the antenna output is equal to or more than the prescribed value. |
