PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supporting medicine-taking guidance and a program for the apparatus capable of reducing the burdens on pharmacists and patients by devising a questionnaire automatically only in case of necessity. SOLUTION: An I/C card 7 of a patient is inserted in an I/C card reader/ writer, and then it is determined based on the information about given medicines stored in the I/C card 7 whether the given medicines include a medicine which was prepared in past (steps S1, S2 and S3). When the given medicines include a medicine prepared in past, it is determined whether the elapsed time after the last preparation date of the medicine is less than a predetermined value Th (steps S3 and S4). When the elapsed time after the last preparation date of the medicine is less than a predetermined value Th, the contents of medical treatment corresponding to the detail and prescription issue date of the medicine prepared on the last preparation date are read, and a questionnaire to the patient is devised based on the contents (steps S4, S5, S6, and S7). |
