PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference prevention system that checks whether or not interference takes place when there is a possibility of interference in two wireless systems whose frequency bands are close to each other so as to limit the operating frequency within a frequency range that is estimated to less cause the effect of interference. SOLUTION: This invention provides the interference detection and prevention system to prevent interference between its own system and other system in wireless communication that conducts frequency division, the system is provided with a wireless signal reception section 2 that measures the strength of a received signal by each frequency corresponding to an optional carrier number in its own system, a signal strength storage section that stores the measured reception signal strength in cross-reference with each carrier number, an arithmetic result storage section 6 that generates a measurement group on the basis of the sequentially selected carrier number and a plurality of carrier numbers adjacent thereto as to each stored reception signal strength, applies arithmetic processing to each measurement group and stores the arithmetic result in cross-reference with the selected carrier number respectively, a threshold value comparison section 8 that compares the arithmetic result stored by each carrier number with a preset interference level threshold value, and a carrier number storage section 7 that stores the comparison result and each selected carrier number in cross-reference with each other. |
