PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page layout system, which automatically typesets data stored in a database and enables to easily perform automatic re-typesetting according to the updated database. SOLUTION: An arrangement means 101, which performs automatic pouring processing, includes an external function module, which is to be called from an non-displayed text in a text box. When pouring character or image data into each character box, which constitutes a character typesetting arrangement, the external function inserts information, which specifies an acquiring source of data to be poured into the box, into an non-displayed text part. A page layout system according to this invention, which has the arrangement means 101 that includes such an external function, solves the above-described purpose. |
