<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated semiconductor circuit in which normal operation can be maintained for a longer time when a voltage of a main power supply drops momentarily. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is constituted to connect inside electronic circuits 201-206 which one of the two power lines 207 or 208 installed inside. A main power supply 209 and a back-up capacity 210 are respectively connected with two power lines 207 and 208 through power terminals E2 and E2, a power monitor circuit 250 which monitors the voltage of two power lines 207 and 208, and a switch 213 to connect and disconnect two power lines 207 and 208 are added inside the integrated semiconductor circuits 200. When the voltage of the constant voltage source 209 drops, a part of electronic circuits 203, 205 and 206 connected with the power line 208 is operated by the back-up capacity 210.</p> |
